REAL Drone facility inspection solution
This is a support service for introducing drone inspections for factory equipment.
Inspection can be performed without setting up scaffolding even in environments where there is no inspection road.
We offer this service at a realistic price range that can be continued as regular inspections.

Extending equipment life through thorough deterioration inspections
Drones can be used to visualize areas that cannot be seen with the naked eye, such as indoor enclosed spaces
Preventing equipment failures from occurring or recurring is the top priority in production equipment management.
However, it is said that more than 10% of vehicles are not inspected for deterioration.*1
Drones can be used to inspect gas pipes, pipes carrying chemical liquids, etc.
It is complex and has no inspection path, so it is difficult to inspect parts that cannot be seen with everyday visual inspection.
It can be easily inspected.

Benefits of introducing drones

01
Low cost
An alternative to scaffolding

03
Inspection of restricted spaces
Entering small spaces (inspection)

05
Digital Data Recording
Alternative to visual inspection

02
Improved safety
Alternative to working at height

04
Reduced workload
Eliminates human labor and increases efficiency

06
Utilizing AI for equipment inspection
Automatic detection of equipment abnormalities
Drones play an important role in inspections
■ Indoors

01
Indoor space patrol and inspection
It is now possible to inspect high places where there are no inspection routes. It also reduces the risk of working at heights. For patrol purposes, drones can thoroughly check blind spots of fixed cameras. No scaffolding is required, and the number of people required for inspections can be reduced to about two: the operator and an assistant. The use of AI also makes anomaly detection more efficient.

02
Narrow Inspection
Small spaces where people cannot enter. Regular inspections are difficult, but with drones it is possible. A small aircraft specially designed for small spaces can approach the equipment itself for inspection. There is no need to set up scaffolding, reducing costs.

03
About TOMPLA Small Doctor
Our original small machine is suitable for spaces of 40 to 100 cm3. The camera can move up, down, left, and right, allowing inspection without blind spots. Propeller guards are standard equipment.
■ Outdoors

01
Inspecting large areas such as roofs
Inspecting a wide area by hand is inefficient, and roof inspections require high-altitude work, which increases the risk. Inspection using drones reduces the number of workers to around two people: the operator and an assistant. This also improves the safety of the workers. Utilizing AI also makes anomaly detection more efficient.

02
Yard surveying
In yards where huge amounts of materials are stored, volumetric surveying is used to understand the current situation. However, triangulation by hand is dangerous and takes a huge amount of time. Surveying by aircraft is efficient, but expensive and cannot be done frequently. Drones can survey efficiently and at low cost, and conventional software can be used for data analysis.

03
Inspection of specific equipment
Even for facilities that are difficult for people to see, such as river and sea embankments, drones can capture the entire surface, reducing the risk of overlooking them. Visual inspections from ships are the norm for embankments, but this is expensive, so switching to drones makes this possible at low cost. Utilizing AI also makes anomaly detection more efficient.

04
Inspection and close visual inspection of large-scale facilities
By utilizing drones, which are easy to operate, inspections of the entire target area can be completed at low cost and in a short time. By taking advantage of the cost benefits and increasing the frequency of inspections, the lifespan of equipment can be extended.
Support until implementation
We support drone implementation via telephone, web conferences, and visits.
